3. No Guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes depend on many factors including:
- The accuracy of information in your credit reports
- Response from credit bureaus and creditors
- Your cooperation in providing required documentation
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation
- Maintain active credit monitoring service access
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Not misrepresent facts or provide false information
5. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is outlined in your Service Agreement. Key terms:
- No fees may be charged until services are fully performed (per CROA)
- Payment terms as specified in your Service Agreement
- Refund policy as outlined in the Cancellation Notice
6. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel services:
- Within 3 business days of signing: Full refund, no penalty
- After 3 business days: Per terms in your Service Agreement
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to fees paid for Services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for actions of third parties (credit bureaus, creditors)
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration (per arbitration agreement, if applicable)
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
