Your rights as a consumer
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on your credit report directly with each credit bureau.
- You have the right to receive a copy of your credit report and understand how your score is impacted.
- You cannot be charged in advance for services that are represented as credit repair under CROA.
- You have the right to cancel qualifying service agreements within three business days when required by law.
Our fee and cancellation policy
We do not charge prohibited upfront fees for CROA-covered credit repair representations. Where applicable, service agreements include a clear cancellation policy and required disclosures.
